Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Cook your shrimp with wine and even add some to food.
Ingredients:
500 g shrimp (I used frozen and headless);
1 tbsp olive oil;
2 tbsp butter;
juice from 1 lemon;
3 garlic cloves;
salt;
pepper;
2 tbsp white wine
Steps:
In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt half of the butter.
Add shrimp, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook, occasionally stirring, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and white wine.
Season with more salt if needed and garnish with parsley or even cilantro.
