Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Cook your shrimp with wine and even add some to food.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g shrimp (I used frozen and headless);
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp butter;
  • juice from 1 lemon;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • 2 tbsp white wine

Steps:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt half of the butter.
  2. Add shrimp, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook, occasionally stirring, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and white wine.
  5. Season with more salt if needed and garnish with parsley or even cilantro.
