Classic Deviled Eggs



This is the ultimate classic deviled egg recipe with a bit of my personal touch.


  • 6 eggs;
  • 1 tsp pickle juice;
  • 1 tsp mustard;
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 14 tsp salt;
  • black pepper;
  • 12 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Boil the eggs. I put them in boiling water and go take a shower. You don’t want your yolk blue so perhaps omit procedures like shaving your legs carefully or applying a hair mask. Shock the boiled eggs with cold water and peel.
  2. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolks.
  3. Combine the yolks with pickle juice, mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper. Use a blender if you prefer them on the creamier side.
  4. Return the yolk cream to the egg whites. Sprinkle with some smoked paprika.
