Bacon and Parm Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, beaten;
  • 1-2 strips of bacon, cut into small pieces;
  • 1 tbsp parmesan

Steps:

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the eggs to the same pan and cook them, occasionally stirring, in bacon fat.
  3. Sprinkle the eggs with parmesan and continue cooking until the desired doneness. Season with salt if needed.
