4-Ingredient Pork Belly Miracle

Who doesn’t love pork belly? Even vegetarians do! This is a full-proof recipe that even your toddler could make. Recruit the little bastards from an early age!

Ingredients:

  • pork belly with skin;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • olive oil (just a little bit)

Steps:

  1. Make several horizontal cuts across the skin of the pork belly; cut through the skin and fat but not into the meat. 
  2. Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. Drizzle thoroughly with some olive oil and rub it into the meat.
  3. Roast the pork on the rack, skin side up for about 3 hours at 180 C.
  4. Slice using the cuts in the skin as guides.
